Client Responsibilities

Payments

• All invoices are payable as per the agreed quotation or contract.

Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of their content and materials.
• Aztrol Technologies retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Limitation of Liability

Aztrol Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice, subject to outstanding obligations and payments.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
